Payments for coaching sessions, digital products, and speaking services must be made in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All digital products (including e-books and templates) are non-refundable once purchased.
Refunds for coaching services may be granted only under exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.
