The Self-Worth Reset

For the chapter after a painful career experience.

The focused coaching experience to rebuild self-worth after a misaligned or painful career phase, so you can move forward without carrying resentment, self-doubt, or emotional baggage into your next chapter.

When Confidence Isn’t the Real Issue

When a career experience shakes you at a deep level, it doesn’t just impact confidence, it erodes self-worth.

You may:

  • Replay what happened

  • Question your value or judgment

  • Feel emotionally reactive when new opportunities arise

  • Hesitate to fully commit to the next step

Let’s look at the data

Over half (52%) of employees experience burnout, with mid-level and manager-level workers hit hardest at 54%. Most critically, 37% report feeling so overwhelmed it impairs their ability to do their jobs. (Source)

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU AND YOU’RE FAR FROM ALONE IN THIS.

You haven’t been taught how to PROCESS a CAREER EXPERIENCE that quietly reshaped HOW YOU SEE YOURSELF.

WHAT CHANGES AFTER…

You no longer carry the weight of the past.

Instead,

  • The experience becomes something you can hold without reliving it. You can talk about what happened without the emotional charge — because it’s been integrated as learning, not identity.

  • Your sense of self-worth feels grounded again. Your value no longer rises and falls with external validation, feedback, or outcomes.

  • Decision-making becomes clearer and calmer. You stop second-guessing yourself or over-analysing every option. You evaluate opportunities with discernment — not fear, urgency, or the need to prove yourself.

  • You feel empowered to take action and genuinely excited about what’s next. You take thoughtful, confident steps forward without waiting to feel “perfectly ready.”

This wasn’t the war.
IT WAS ONE BATTLE.

And now you move forward stronger, with deeper self-trust, clearer boundaries, and a renewed sense of direction.

A note from Our Founder

I’ve always been driven and ambitious. From a young age, I was drawn to environments that challenged me, offered steep learning curves, and came with real responsibility. That drive led me into a career in banking early on.

For a long time, it felt like the right fit.

But as my environment changed, what once felt aligned no longer did. Navigating that shift, and the setbacks that followed, was more difficult than I expected.

With hindsight, I’ve come to see that it wasn’t just my confidence that was affected, but my relationship with my own self-worth.

Over time, I built a non-linear career across industries and roles.

Each chapter gave me valuable experience, perspective, and clarity. Most importantly, it taught me something essential: many of the challenges we face at work are not unique — they’re simply unspoken.

Why this matters

The Self-Worth Reset exists because I learned how powerful it is to integrate a difficult career chapter, rather than let it define you.

This work isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about reclaiming your ground and moving forward with clarity, self-trust, and intention.

INTRODUCING

the Self-Worth Reset

COACHING PROGRAM

A 6-week private coaching experience to integrate a painful career chapter and move forward with clarity and confidence

WHY THE SELF-WORTH RESET

You don’t need more ADVICE, RESILIENCE TIPS, or another generic CAREER FRAMEWORK.

You need clear guidance and language that helps you make sense of what happened — and move forward without carrying it with you.

The Self-Worth Reset was created for high-achieving professionals who:

  • have experienced a career setback, burnout, or deep disappointment.

  • look “fine” on the outside but feel triggered, sore, or resentful when they think about their career (past or present).

  • know they can’t stay stuck, but they don’t yet trust themselves enough to move forward with clarity and conviction.

Because the next chapter shouldn’t be shaped by the last one.

Why The Self-Care Reset is Different

Self-worth, not performance.
We don’t treat self-doubt as a mindset flaw or something to override. We address the deeper impact a career experience can have on how you see yourself.

Integration, not bypassing.
Rather than rushing you into the next chapter, we take the time to process what happened so it no longer shapes your choices from the background.

Calm, not corrective.
There’s no fixing, pushing, or “be more confident” agenda. The work is reflective, grounded, and designed to create stability — not pressure.

Practical as well as reflective.
Insight is translated into how you make decisions, evaluate opportunities, and take action — so the change is lived, not just understood.

For a specific chapter.
The Self-Worth Reset isn’t for every career stage. It’s for the chapter after a setback, burnout, or misalignment — when clarity matters more than speed.

What do we mean by a “career setback”?

A career setback isn’t always dramatic or visible on the outside.

More often, it’s a moment, or a period, that quietly changes how you see yourself at work.

It might look like:

  • a role or environment that slowly eroded your confidence

  • being overlooked, undervalued, or sidelined despite strong performance

  • burnout that made you question your judgment or resilience

  • a transition that didn’t unfold the way you expected

  • staying too long in a role that no longer fit — and paying the internal cost

What defines a career setback isn’t what it looks like on paper.

It’s the internal impact:

  • lingering self-doubt

  • hesitation around next steps

  • emotional reactivity in similar situations

  • a sense that you’re no longer standing on steady ground

If a work experience is still shaping how you make decisions or approach what’s next, it matters — even if it never came with a title change, a redundancy, or a visible failure.

Why It Matters Now

What isn’t integrated tends to REPEAT.

Taking the time to address the internal impact of a difficult career chapter NOW creates the foundation for clearer decisions, healthier boundaries, and a next chapter that isn’t shaped by what came before.

Is the Self-Worth reset RIGHT FOR ME?

YES! The Self-Worth Reset is right for you if…

  • You’ve experienced a career setback, burnout, or misalignment that still lingers emotionally, even if you appear “fine” on the outside.

  • You notice that your confidence or self-trust has been shaken in a way that feels deeper than skills or performance.

  • You replay what happened, feel triggered by similar situations, or hesitate to fully commit to what’s next.

  • You’re capable, thoughtful, and driven — but you don’t want to move forward carrying resentment, self-doubt, or emotional baggage.

  • You’re ready to reflect honestly, take responsibility for your inner work, and engage in a calm, intentional coaching process.

  • You want to move forward with clarity and grounded self-worth, not by pushing harder or pretending the past didn’t affect you.

The Self-Worth Reset isn’t right for you if…

  • You’re looking for quick fixes, surface-level confidence boosts, or motivational hype.

  • You want tactical career advice only (CVs, interview prep, job search strategies) without addressing the internal impact of what you’ve been through.

  • You’re not yet ready to reflect on your experience or prefer to avoid or bypass what happened.

  • You expect someone else to “fix” things for you rather than engaging actively in the process.

  • You’re seeking a low-commitment or purely informational programme rather than a high-touch, reflective coaching experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Self-Worth Reset is a 6-week private coaching experience designed to help you integrate a difficult or misaligned career chapter, rebuild self-trust, and move forward without carrying emotional weight into what comes next.

It’s reflective, grounded, and practical — focused on restoring internal stability so clarity, confidence, and action can follow naturally.

  • Neither — and also a little of both, in the best sense.

This is coaching, not therapy. We don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
At the same time, the work goes deeper than traditional career coaching, because it addresses the inner impact of career experiences — not just external next steps.

If you’re looking for CV reviews, interview prep, or job-search tactics, this won’t be the right fit. If you’re looking to process what happened and rebuild self-worth before moving forward, it likely is.

  • The Self-Worth Reset is particularly suited if you’ve experienced:

    • a career setback or disappointment

    • burnout or prolonged misalignment

    • a role or environment that quietly eroded your confidence

    • a transition that left you questioning yourself

It’s designed for the after — when you know you need to move forward, but don’t want to rush past what still feels unresolved.

  • The experience takes place over six weeks and includes:

    • private 1:1 coaching sessions

    • a clear integration arc across the six weeks

    • reflective prompts and light between-session support

The work is intentional and contained, rather than open-ended.

  • If this resonates, the next step is to book an initial conversation.

That conversation is there to ensure this is the right fit — for you and for the work.

  • A career setback isn’t always obvious.

    It can be redundancy.
Being passed over for a promotion.
    A professional failure.
    A toxic work environment.
Or a personal circumstance that forced you to pause or step back.

What defines a setback isn’t what happened on paper —
it’s how it changed how you see yourself.

If it dented your confidence, made you hesitate, or taught you to play it safe instead of stretching, it counts.

And if it’s still shaping how safe it feels to move forward, it matters.

  • That’s completely fine — and very common.

You don’t need a clear plan or direction to begin. In fact, this work often creates the internal clarity that makes next steps easier to see and commit to.

  • Beyond the coaching sessions themselves, the time commitment is light and flexible.

There’s no heavy homework. Any reflection between sessions is designed to support integration, not add pressure to an already full life.

  • Yes — completely.

This is a private, high-trust space. Everything shared in the coaching process is held with discretion and care.

  • If a past or current career experience is still shaping how you see yourself, make decisions, or approach what’s next — it’s likely the right time.

The Self-Worth Reset is designed for a specific chapter: before you fully step into the next one.
